So when do we get Quick Join back?

Seriously though. When do we get it back?

You know… how every casual shooter has a quick join because that’s what you want when you’re playing casually.
Not to wait 10 minutes for a game that’s going to be unbalanced anyway.

If the removal of quick join isn’t a joke… way to kill the fun SD.

This was my go-to game for quick, fun shooter action. Now I have to go back to other games so I can actually play in a reasonable amount of time and reserve Dirty Bomb for one of those “got nothing better to do, lets queue up for half an hour in this game I guess” moments.

You know, when you queue for Quick Play in Overwatch, you basically queue for some kind of casual matchmaking. It’s almost exactly the same stuff. However there’s a critical difference between QP OW and CMM DB : OW has a much more populated playerbase.

Hence, it’ll be a bit more difficult for you to quickly find a match through CMM. You’ll have to likely wait a minute or two in order to get in your objective mission, sometimes three. It gets worse if you aren’t from Europe or North America, because your playerbase is smaller.

If you want to solve your issue, bring some friends in. :stuck_out_tongue:

I adjusted my CMM experience by queuing for it and doing some other stuff while I am waiting. There is not a point where you have to click OK to get the game and once you get a game, there is enough time for you to pass by to register it.

At least overwatch puts you in small skirmish matches while you’re waiting for matchmaking to find a real one. That way you can mess around instead of staring blankly at the menu or your collection of lead cards.
I don’t really like overwatch, but I do think DB could learn from it in a lot of ways

so you’d like Dirty Bomb to be more like a game you don’t like

makes sense, here’s an idea for your next thread “Which merc has the best hair”

There’s this thing called a BROWSER

The only hitch is if you’re Euro or US, you don’t get any local Objective servers. Just global SW and SA/Asian/Aussie Objective servers.

I’ve come to the conclusion that anyone that says that they wait 10+ minutes for a CMM match is a liar and dosent know anything about anything, or just wants to complain about something. I’ve NEVER waited more than 3 minutes average, 4 or 5 minutes very occasionally.

The people that genuinely wait 10+ minutes need to cancel search and try again because obviously its bugged.

Don’t be a D*ck

Eh just put a few more objective servers back to the browser and it’s fine.
I’m sorry, but my experience with CMM has been awful and I’ve given it a fair chance both since the launch and during the previous tests.
Queues can take forever on higher levels, balance isn’t much different from regular pubs, only 6vs6, premades getting matched against solos, etc.
