idk if this was discussed but what if Stoker won since it was so close?

What would be the story? Would he lose an eye as well? (very doubtful)

As far as I’m aware, there’s never been any official comment by the devs in regards to this… And I’m guessing there never will be.

However, in an alternate timeline of events, it’s cool to think about what might have happened if Stoker was the assassin after all. My guess is, Aimee would have still blinded him, but it would have damaged his eye AND mask. Possibly shattered the glass and exposed his wounded eye or something? I dunno, I imagine something grizzly for Stoker :stuck_out_tongue:

If I knew the loser would get an eye patch I would have hardcore campaigned for redeye to win. Double eye patch sniper is too funny to pass up.

I doubt the core parts of the story would have changed.

In my mind for Stoker, there will be a gunfight, and Aimee slightly miss a headshot and broke his mask, he run and after that same as Proxy’s story.
But, if Redeye win it will be ridiculous, either blinded his organic eye and make him always use IR all the time, or damage his IR eye and can’t use it anymore, SD simply won’t let this happen. Wait, is there a functional eye behind his IR patch?

We could’ve jad a lovely romance-horror fiction novel. The gentle madman, with a warm kiss, and a litteral burning passion, alongside the watchful chic, with an eye for detail inn fashion, and on flesh. Both perfect for each other, only if life, and the radioactive air may have allowed them to meet on better terms.

Instead we get a meme-fest of what every sad and lonely men would want: a wretched lesbo mess, with barely any suspense or emotional impact. The comics are lovely, don’t get me wrong, but the text bubbles need to have their weight. Nor am I blaming the writers, as I do know how difficult fitting certain characters into a narrative that you’ve built already.

Or maybe I just really like Stoker’s character too much.

Nah, not saying they rigged. But just like you say, lots of people seem to like her, and others hate her and would like her to be the criminal in this. It’s like if they made an event to pick between the snipers - you know 'tardili would win, unfortunately. So, no, not rigged, but with one outcome more likely than others to the point it could almost be considered reliably predictable.
