So.. What do I do when all my three characters gets their voices changed?

As the title says, what do I do to fix this?

When I jumped out of a match and joined a new one, my character that I played on started switching voices, since it changed back and forth between different ones and I had some ordinary bot model I thought it was temporary.

Then I got my model back, and my voice stopped changing, it was not the voice I picked when I made him when he was level 1.

Then I tried my other two characters that are level 20 now, and yeah… New voices for them too.

How silly it may sound, I feel that my characters just got ruined, becuase I can’t change their voices to the ones I want them to have, no - I am stuck with the voices I like the least on my characters, just becuase of who knows what, and deleting them now to start over again is even sillier - that I probably wont decide to do.

Is Splash Damage aware of the Player Model and Player Voice changing?

same issue here, wrong voice for all my 3 caracters , all with annoyng jamaican accent .

Im pretty sure they are aware of this bug, just replyed to bump it : D

All of my characters are Jamaican voice too even though only one should be, my first character… it is my favorite voice, but it’d be cool to hear the others that I chose!

As to this moment there is no fix for this.

Just do the same a lot of people who want to enjoy Brink are doing: wait for patches to arrive.

(SD brings the true PC-Gaming experience to consoles.)

Almost all my characters have the Irish sounding voice, problem is I only chose one of my five characters to have that voice. Its pretty frustrating, hope it gets fixed.

I haven’t experienced this problem on the PC. I got 4 level 20 characters. Is it only a console problem?

What’s really weird is that the voice for my primary character sounds just like this insane guy I know at my local bar. I wonder if he does voice acting on the side…

I get the Jamaican all the time.

It used to happen after about 3 games after character creation.

Post update, it happened IMMEDIATELY. First game after character creation.

This is a game breaker for me. Sorry SD. Brink is fun, but if you can’t deliver on the customization you offer, especially with the voice I hear all the time (outfits would be one thing since I don’t see them in gameplay), then why should I continue playing if I can’t enjoy it as I’ve selected?
