I was thinking that it could be jackels hide out and cda has to get in there and either blow it up or steal back cda equipment.
All thes maps are based on jackel stealing or blowing shit up. When will there be a map where cda is atacking back instead of defending.
Also it needs to involve turtle some how.

The story should be about a small game developer making a map that’s balanced for once.

Turtle works as a bodyguard for some important guy. Said person and turtle are eating foods together when person got shotted by sniper. Turtle becomes sad and hunts down shooter for ruining his life. Turtle catches shooter and does something to their eye.

How about this:
The Lehman Sisters, the company doing accounting for the mercs, decides to grab all the money the mercs saved so far and move to Brazil. There, they start funding a project code named “The girls from Brazil”. The goal is to develop a genetically enhanced version of Proxy that can carry a sniper rifle and have a cloak. (Clever movie reference hidden here.)
Because all the mercs are now out of money and are contractually obliged to stay in London, they hire a contract killer currently residing in Brazil. In order to pay her, they have to collect tons of money using the special event currency Brazilian real. There also will be silly trinkets using various carnival items.
At the end of the event it is revealed that the contract killer is Javelin. She kills the mad lead scientist named Turtle by using her mighty rocket launcher to blow up the research center including the Lehman Sisters and all the game credits earned by all players so far. As she feels kinda sorry about the mercs, Javelin moves to London and joins the roster.
In the end, players lost all there credits and can start anew. SD finally states that Turtle will never be released because he got killed by Javelin for good. And there is a new merc that can spam rockets.
So all the players with crappy aim can finally get a few kills instead of sticking to medic forever. This certainly will motivate them to buy lots of RNG cases to get Cobalt Javelin load outs. In turn, SD gets incredibly rich and is able to support the game for a long time to come.
