So why is it that now all of a sudden the containment war loadout cards are available again with a tiny rework

I think, the major difference is that they’re second edition this time.
So practically those Loadout Cards are not available, just very similar ones.

Devs do this all the time (like EU/US founders and China founders in warframe)

I think OP has a fair point, but I also don’t think these are like founder skins where exclusiveness is critical. Me, I’m happy i can get more of those, already got 4-5 from just 40crates, lul

Meh, who even cares. They’re skins people want, they make people happy.
Complain that they still haven’t fixed crafting or one of the other 900 issues this game has, not when they do something that can only benefit everyone.

Your argument is null. Bitcoin can achive a value as it can be traded, bartered, exchanged.

DB cards are static to individual accounts. Zero intrinsic value aside from flashy flashy.
