So it seems that Text To Speech is a thing in DB.

1)Go to My Documents > My Games > UnrealEngine3 > ShooterGame > Config and open the file ShooterGame.ini

  1. Search the string TTSEnabled ( use the search option Ctrl-F)

  2. change TTSEnabled=false to TTSEnabled=true

  3. Save and launch the game

  4. Aiou

When my clan mate told me he found a way to turn on TTS i just started filling chat with “The helicopter goes soisoisoisoisoisoisoisoi” and “The sprinkler goes pftpftpftpftpftpft”. He instantly regretted telling me.
