So I need a new headset.

After learning the hard way that turtle beaches are absolutely garbage, I have come to the point of needing a new head set.

I need something on the cheap(ish) side that isnt totally shit. Im not looking for anything great, just usable. Any suggestions?

I don’t know if you consider 99.99$ for a headset cheap though

Can’t go wrong with HyperX Clouds or Cloud 2’s. Clouds (linked below) are $80. I believe the Cloud 2’s are $100. Not really any difference between the 2 beside Dolby 7.1 sourrond sound on the Cloud 2s. These are IMO, as well as Logan from Tek Syndicate’s, top gaming headset. No gaming headset is superior in both mic and audio. You either get good audio, good mic, or OK of both. This has the best mic and audio for a gaming headset

HyperX Cloud if you want a headset

Or if you want something super classy, AT2020 Desktop Mic and an ATH900X Headset, preferrabbly 250 ohms and a good DAC AMP to go with it. 60 ohms version if you don’t want to buy an amp.

I reccomend the Hyper X Cloud 1 (around 80€) or 2 (around 100€) depending on your buget. I got the II about 2 monts ago and am still in love look it up there are tons of reviews out there and everyone is impressed

Uhmm tbh you’re probably better off with midrange headphones 50$ and then getting a nice 25$ mic the bigger the budget the better quality you can go but I find that “gaming” headsets lack quality to what you can get for just headphones at the same price range

steelseries siberia v2
