I really would love to get my hands on the ET SDK, i’ve got the RTCW one but it doesn’t seem worth learning to use it when ET is my game. I really really needs the ET SDK. I know C like the back of my hand, C++ sortof, but i’ve not really got much quakec xp. I really want to create some weapons mods tho, i’ve been told that what i want to do isn’t simply accomplished with scripting and other stuff u can do to the game files so i’m really looking out for that SDK
so how did shrub blag the ET SDK, or did they use wolfSDK

well to be quite honest im kinda ticked about this. I am wanting to build a mod exclusively to my server. I dont think its right for them to give the code to one person and not another. Its not like the engine has ever been released. I may as well abandon ET now and go on somewhere else that will treat me an equal person. I don’t care whos ability is what. If one person gets it we all should have a crack at it. Sorry for the bitching but rtcw is an outdated game and there is no reason imo that they should withhold this code. When have we ever been permitted to sell the code anyway unless we pay the liscensing fee that ID Software has set? Im sure activision or ID isnt going to give me the code being as this would be my first mod and exclusive to my server.
