Yes, I did say it was fixed at the time, however now that I look over everything there was a breakdown of communication on my part.

I apologize for this, it was my misunderstanding. I thought the Obsidian was going to be fixed based on previous Obsidians when that simply was not the case .

I again, apologize, and you can #BlameRaz all you want, because it is honestly my fault.

I would like to genuinely ask how it is a “slap in the face” to people who bought the Obsidian cases, though? We never announced which card it was going to be, so you had no guarantee you were getting a card you prefer. You have a better chance of getting a card with at least the primary you enjoy most with this system in my opinion.

u lot were guaranteed to end up with shotgun-pistol loadout as the set card, imma tell u right now. Atleast i have a 1/9 of getting the double smg loadout now. Just gonna have to pray to rngesus now…
And lets say that was what happened instead, and they revealed on stream that you get the shotgun-pistol loadout, right? Would you guys have still complained. Of course, because its a bad loadout. But you guys never knew which card it was before you brought it, so it was a always a gamble, depending on how generous SD wanted to be in giving loadout. So if it was a set bad loadout, that would have been your fault if you didnt like it. But Now you have a chance to get something else, a card which u might like more.
Of course, none of this matters if the set loadout was the hochfir-mp400 loadout, but lets be realistic, as if that was ever gonna happen.

The odds were highly in favor of it being a hochfir loadout Raz, since the previous two loadouts were hollunds and remburg… Some how I couldn’t see you guys releasing another obsidian with the same gun. I can’t believe this has changed after being informed otherwise. What a total waste of money if I get a shotgun loadout.

There was zero guarantee it was going to be a Hochfir loadout. That is just community speculation in the end. It could have been a shotgun loadout, especially since we have the new generation of cards coming out. :smile:

I think you know where I was coming from, and I think you also know it wouldn’t be unreasonable for anyone to assume that.

Either way for it to change from a set card to RNG is a slap in the face.

They could have created a system to choose from all the new loadouts the one you want for the obsidian case, with this all who spend money on it could have a loadout they want (avoiding the RNG god)

What’s the possibility (bad luck) to have the same loadout in both cases?
