because most hotel owners[and public safety orgs]tried focus on Preventing fire[as well as other issues], rather than care about it in both ways[China way].

most countries[including most Western. but public usually not know about, because don’t care. before TOO late]have civilian gas masks, designed, but only few of them, actually producing them.

I think it’s too hawt in Brazil for fighting. Also nice biatches on ze beaches distract too much. Besides, you have to play football and make carnivals all the time. Don’t think this all helps Brazilians to become good soldiers :slight_smile:
