Snow and stuff

My stupid moviemaker needs to know how to add falling snow to a map and how to add fog (like at railgun). This is for fueldump. Anyone has an idea?

BTW my radiant is still broken and I still need a solution for this. Please help me with this.

With the map sources being released, it might be far easier to add fog/and or snow to the map itself.

I see no other way to even start adding snow or fog to a “random” movie without messing it up.
