in 14 pt matches are so many nice setups - in 20 and 26 even more. many of them don’t need a sniper at all.
YOUR setup isn’t even sniper focused. it’s a typical setup with 1 sniper.

but in 14pt matches kate kate is quite powerful vs any sniper and counters the 1 kate very well.

This is funny!

I think that snipers are really good but they goes as the rest of the toons, it you “overpower” your team setup on one skill it’s really hard to beat.
Snipers are the easiest toons to play with (because you can be far from the enemy and many players are missing to hide properly (I’m one of them…))
But I have experience from overpowering my setup
many times and when I do I often wins, it can be 3 Megan’s or 3 Arcies or 3 “The Shield”.

I just posted a reply in “Juan dacova is a bug” thread.

the core is:

I like snipers, I think they ARE good, but they are not neccessary to win. there are maps where they are BETTER than soldiers, but also vise versa.

Petes Headshot NEEDS a buff to 30 or 40.(calculate it yourself :slight_smile: ) 25dmg for 2 energy is quite weak compared to other abilities. he then may compede with Juan

please also read the Juan is a bug thread - many important themes also there.

Snipers are generally scary, even in reality. The sight of an all sniper setup as ur opponent is not only scary DMG, but also spooks the hell out of you psychologically. The ghost ability only adds horrors that you will have to imagine your END. But it is counter-able devastatingly with sensor mines.(as they would walk around without cover and would least expect to be revealed) Of course ultimately its all about positioning if your opponents place his well, you will have to place yours even better, and think steps ahead). Another possible way would be to cover at places where your units exposed flank is a small area, where your opponents unit is unable to deal maximum damage standing at 7 squares away) and the only way to attack you is by standing near to you limiting dmg potential.
