I was using the sniper again tonight and I find that I just can’t enjoy using it because it’s much to weak. I mean seriously, even if I hit them in the body they should have a miniscule amount of health left.
What do you guys think? Buff or no buff for the sniper?
The buffed draugnov kills lights with health buff in 1 head shot and unbuffed mediums in one headshot too. IMO sniping is supposed to reward accuracy. So, I think it’s good where it is.

When you get sniped with engy bugg if you get hit in the body not in head, it does like 90% of damage.
Maybe your not using the double buff engeneer ability that boost 30% weapon damage : D thats my guess
Barnett headshot with improved engi buff kills everything but a Heavy with 3 or more extra health pips. That’s already a lot stronger than SD originally implied the long rifles would be.

Yes you can either use the soldier to have ammo for sniping longer, or engy to buff your rifle into something fierce. Hopefully you have a team who can do that for you. As en engy or a soldier, I always 2xBuff or give ammo to the snipers I come across. Buffing them makes them so much more efficient.

you need to learn to shoot mate
what do you want? instagib? 2 body shots == dead?
snipers have had it so easy on many games the last few years and they ruin the fun for many people.
brink isnt about sniping. you still get OHK plenty in brink from sniper rifles.
i say remove snipers, let them use the rokstedi. fast paced team shooters are ruined by people camping with snipers.
