Evryone has one/will have one it happens in nearly any game, just wondering if the smurf detector thing from ETQW will work with Brink? as an admin it was very handy in determining how to handle grifers etc a one off could be kicked if the same person came back under another nick then it was easier to just ban them if the carried on being a dick

Brink doesn’t use punkbuster so the exact same version won’t work.

Wouldn’t server kick/ban work on Steam ID? Seems the most logical way to prevent people just using a different in game name etc.

In valve games you can, not sure about other games using the overlay/vac etc…

I’d hope that would be part of the Steamworks API and VAC.
