Thats because it isnt announced by SD so we don’t know for sure. We just speculate about it of the information weve got. So in this case we arent sure, but Quake4 has SMP support and uses the same engine as ET:QW. So teh chance is there that ET:QW will also get SMP.
My oldest pc is at 7 years and 2 months now. Still its condition is at 95%. Only one fan making some noise, but nothing more. Still using original ram, HDD + other HDD of same age. Same proc, power supply, cd drive, fans, mainboard etc. etc. Only my GFX is new as I got a newer one in my other pc, but the old one still works :).
Still I would liek to see Corvey his energy bill, dual xeon need juice
