Smoke restricts vision after respawn

Don’t know if this was mentioned before but I can’t find it so here it is:
I have been killed inside the RedEye smoke effect area and after respawn I had this effect still obstructing my vision for couple of seconds.
My merc was T-rat

Can confirm this - had it today around 5.30pm on Whitechapel.
