any1 have a good image of ETQW hitboxes?[/QUOTE]
Haha I remember that. I would always aim in the space above the center mass and that worked pretty well. Dropping prone in a firefight to exploit the hitbox locations no longer worked against me. Some mods I believe reposition the hit boxes more appropriately. It’s things like this I don’t want to see in modern games. Everything should be lined up correctly. Else you have to wait for someone to research it and capture shots like this or mod the game.
SMART and hit detection
The UAV and helicopter were inverted from each other. Clicking the invert controls box would invert them, but they were still backwards compared to each other (up on one was always down ont he other). So if you were flying a copter and wanted to fly a UAV, you had to open your settings and click the invert mouse box, then if you wanted to switch back to the copter later, you had to open it again and switch it back. So far as I know they never fixed it.

They look something like this…

That’s because they are different. One’s an aircraft, the other is a camera. It’s not broken at all imho.
Besides, I can’t stand flying the heli with the mouse, it feels too lagged. I use the numpad for the heli and space to fire.
All other things you said were broken are now fixed in BC2… except the ridiculous netcode/lag.
Ahw, that…
In that case, sorry LyndonL. I can understand the difference, but it just sucks if you can’t decide yourself how to control something, so I think they should’ve made those independent.

with 333 fps you could escape the hit box (at least in RtCW)
