Small Thieves

There are a bunch of either extremely lucky players, or big spenders. I recently have seen a lot more low level players with high quality cards, and I know that players get a free gold card for Aura/Skyhammer at level 7, so I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about the level 9 with a Cobalt C64 for Phantom (yes, I have seen that).

The reason I titled this is not to accuse anyone, but to ask these questions of everybody who reads this:

[center]Did you use money to get any cards before you were level 10?
If you did, was it your own money, or your parents’?
If you didn’t, when did you get your first cobalt (if have gotten one)?[/center]

Thanks for letting me know, and be honest. If you are a small thief who stole your guardian’s money, I won’t judge you… verbally. I’m just mainly curious as to how (and more importantly, WHY) these f***ing <L10s have cobalts.

No. (I did after level 10)
No. (the cases I bought after level 10 was my own money)
And I don’t remember when, but it was from a randomly dropped case. (It was not great, pretty much useless for me)

No. 30 elite cases and probaly 5 expert cases later and still no cobalt dropped froma case. the only cobalts i have are from trading up/crafting weekend.

I don’t have any cobalt cards. A bunch of silvers and golds though (and some event cards as well). I don’t really care about the cobalt ones tbh. Sure they look nice but in the end it’s the augments that are the most important thing. A good player with a bronze card can easily wipe a lvl 10 player with a cobalt card from the map.

For me those cobalt cards are not really a goal tbh. But you do have a point when saying it’s weird that lvl 10s are running around with cobalt cards. :slight_smile:

yknow SD loves low levels when they give them free cobalt randomly to keep them playing

I have a gambling addiction and I cant resist against shiny stuff or brilliant blue/chrome/(pure)gold/neon green outfits/guns

I’d rather spend my life hunting my favorive Cobalt Card than just pay for a CHANCE to get that.

The poor man’s honour is better than the rich guy’s inabillity to realize that DB is not a Pay-2-Win game dishonour.

My only reason to buy elite cases was just to get a fragment Thunder because he looks like a fucking cosmonaut/wrapped in goddamn tinfoil with platinum shocktrooper uniform than got addicted to it of course

and on my very first day of playing DB, I ended up with a C83 cobalt from an expert case (they were being given out during then, CW update).

fun fact: on that same day, I opened a CW equipment case and got that same card special edition

Lol the most I ever got out of an equipment case is a silver one. Even in the expert cases the most I got were silvers (some good silver cards though). :slight_smile:

Got my first Cobalt card after about 600 hours. Was the same Phoenix as the free Obsidian one.)

At some point in time I showed Dirty Bomb to my brother, both of us sitting in front of his machine logged into Steam with his account. So we played a couple of rounds, collecting a few cases in the process. So I showed him how to open cases. The third or so contained a Cobalt Skyhammer. When he saw my face he asked “Is that good?”. All I could mumble was “Yeah, that is good.” :’(

Think my first colbalt from a drop case was when i was a noob and last colbalt from drop case was mid 30. Im level 50 now

I have once as a little lv 9 nooby. It took me XP grinding, Sparks grinding, and a lot of deaths but i finally traded up for a gold (which i got rid of once crafting came along.)

Despite playing this game for a year im only lv 11…
