Small Suggestions(Phantie and Thunder)

(HunterAssassin5) #1

just some itty bitty stuff

  1. make explosive badges apply to concs
  2. seperate Phantie’s EMP and Cloak. Let them be activated individually and allow them to stack. Add a different sound effect while EMP is active. Make energy bar deplete faster with both activated. Reduce cloak armor tankiness while EMP is active the same time as Cloak.
  3. Maybe let concs reduce deployable effectiveness instead of outright deactivating them
  4. make voice comms public between execution and stopwatch rounds and after games

Same here. I was so confused when I cloaked for 1 second and then there was a 7 second cooldown. I don’t like that.

But wont it be OP without the 7 sec cooldown? @buffMonorail @Sploosh

most phantom mains play their phantom with their ability to vanish in the air which in not the phantom were playing now.

peek
shoot headshot
vanish

now

peek
shoot headshot
5 more sec
steamrolled by faster katana kira

Just as he said^, the EMP ability is a nice add on, and a very much appreciated one. However, it would be a lot better if it was a separate ability rather than being attached to the cloak. Others have already mentioned that it should be like this and then if you have both active, the energy bar will drain faster.

It wouldn’t be OP at all. Then just revert the cooldown time on the cloak.

then phantom players have to adapt. no, i do not like the cooldown before being able to reactivate cloak either, and i hope it gets changed, but if SD wishes to keep it that way, the players will have to adapt

hell, a simple adaption to it is to de-cloak slightly ahead of time and set up temporary camp, pick off one or two fellas and leg it. thing about phantom is that he’ll make a superb hit-and-run-er. SD had to give him a katana, though, make people press on swinging that thing at empty air.

phantie is the kind of guy that sets up close to the enemy spawn location, calls out their spawn times, and picks several people off, spinning the spawn wave into disarray off before vanishing into thin air while his teammates pick up whats’s left

i never thought of that.
i always hit and hide.

thats why now i got steamrolled by kira who saw me recharging my cooldown.

(really need that emp to be separated so without the emp on the initial 7 sec. will dissapear. maybe. i dont know man im not expert in military experimental sciences.)

yeah, that’s kinda why i said to decloak ahead of time, so you can activate cloak right after your hit
