Does anyone know a way to slow down the players walkingspeed?
i tried surfaceparm slime and lava. but they don’t work.
slowdown walkingspeed (surfaceparm ?)
Slick perhaps?
I tried it once and instead of gliding I was walking as if I was in a swamp :o
(but it could’ve been an error)
Maybe good old quake’s trigger_push but in an opposite direction.

I thought of that too, but then you wont be able to shoot, and anims will change…

aha, well try the slick
and otherwise you can try the water idea. Don’t make the level of the water too high.
Try it like in oasis when second waterpump is repaired and when you’re in the tunnel end. There are these water remains that makes you walk very slow, but because the level is too low you can’t swim in it.

EDIT: and stop putting mapnames in your signature, it’s driving me crazy when they have a dead end
