Skylights shining through brush.

(etSpeer.) #1

Hey all.

I’m having a problem which I cannot solve without help.

I’m currently building my map and have some rooms where the skylight is shining through the edges of the walls.
Even if I put normal lights in those rooms, it still happens.
I don’t know why it happens in these rooms and not others and I don’t know how I can get rid of this extra skylight.

Some information about the walls: The ceiling, walls and floor are for sure ‘32’ thick so that cannot be the problem!
I have 2 screenshots to show the problem. One has other lights in the room, the other none.
I am using fueldumpsky and took the shader from fueldump.shader.

Anybody know how to solve this?

Here are the screenshots:
With more lights: look at the corner.

With no lights but still skylight, look at the top edge.

EDIT:

I just solved the problem after a lot and a lot of searching!
