Description:
If you throw Skyhammer’s marker into an indoor skyshield, Skyhammer gets a full cooldown instead of the partial one.

I would almost say if the marker goes into a skyshield anywhere it shouldn’t get a full cooldown. If it pops and the skyshield takes out the airstrike, full cooldown makes sense.
