I think there should be some sort of indicator when Sky holds his airstrike to tell the player where it will nade and where it will airstrike.
So far I have had times where it has been a nade when it should have been an airstrike and an airstrike where it should have been a nade.
On underground, the whole map is underground. This means when I Q it should be a nade 100% of the time. However sometimes it calls down airstrikes that do nothing but increase cool down time.
In some places where the roof has a small hole in it, if you throw down an airstrike it will call one down and not go into the room at all
