Skyhammer Purchase

I bought Skyhammer when he was glitched and not playable. I had been playing him before the maintenance and liked him and subsequently bought him when I saw he was greyed out for 30,000 credits. Any suggestions on what I can do to possibly get those credits back?

Edit: It is my understanding that Skyhammer is a free merc? I spent money to unlock him when he was greyed out 2 days ago and apparently was not suppose to be greyed out. It wasn’t too long after that I saw where the glitch was fixed and he became free again after I spent the 30k credits on him. If this is the case I’d like to know if I can get those credits returned or not.

If I am wrong disregard.

skyhammer is free. you should probably contact support.

I’ve submitted a ticket since 2 days ago, know how long it takes for them to respond? Maybe a an admin on here could help?

Oh man, this sounds like a bad situation to be in.

I’m sure @GM-Radrodo or @MissMurder will get you situated as soon as they see the post. Go ahead and post your steam name, or account if you feel safe doing so. They can go through your name and restore credits I believe.
