SkyBoxes - outer space

I have searched internet and this forum for an outer-space skybox texture, which will feature an Earth and a Sun and some stars, but most of the skyboxes are terrain one, and the one’s that I need are from other games.

If anyone has something that looks similar to what I described, would you be so kind as to contact me, or upload it somewhere and post link here?

I dont have enough skill and I dont know the actual way of texturing the skybox (I mean the format of the texture for a skybox)

to make a skybox u need some pics and a huge shader(take a look in other skyboxes).

Yes, I know the idea of it. But you also need to find the right texture, preferebly big one… I am working on it, If Ill make something I will post prefab here.

Btw, is it possible to use movers in skyboxes?

I don’t know exactly what you need, but Loffy’s CTF prefab map has an outer-space skybox which i THINK you can freely use… (you should ask him though or look in the readme file).
It’s a skybox where you seem to be in the stratosphere of the earth (at least i think he said it was supposed to be the stratosphere) which means you can see the earth rather big, but you are still in outer space…
But meh you should have a look :stuck_out_tongue: do a search for CTF prefab with author loffy and i think youll find it…

Try The Wadfather. Chose Environment maps + Thumbnails on the left.
