Skullsplitter Prestige :D

(PD_Agent47) #1

So the Skullsplitter gives us an extra indication near our kills with REV Symbol … is it only for event duration or will the Rev symbol remain forever near our kills ???

I want that to remain forever even after the event ends …because it is so cool when your kills get highlighten with such a cool symbol and it will also be a identification for all the person who took part in Rev event by putting up their money … i never depreciate the ones who doesn’t own it … because even i don’t own it till now … it will give us some motivation to take part fully in the next event and will give us a thought like we would never miss anything that DB gives us !! Thank You

It will stay forever.

@MarsRover Thanks for info bro

Is there any information about the 10% cyrcle bonus? Will it be 10% credit bonus after the event? Would be nice 8)

(kaMMakaZZi9) #5

It’s just 10% cycle bonus during event.

If it were 10% credits indefinitely everyone would get one.

-snip’d-

(doxjq) #7

It is 10% credits as well though isn’t it? My credits always seem to match up with my cycles. 24 cycles = 240 credits, 33 cycles = 330 credits etc?

(RedBeard) #8

How much do they increase?

(Peikko) #9

@rancid
You sure? Pretty sure i always get a difference in my credits/cycles when i use the trinket.

It also makes your gun and kill feed 100% cooler forever.

The Skullsplitter only effects Cycles and the effect won’t be carrying over to anything else after the event has ended I’m afraid.

(SereneFlight) #12

To be honest it doesn’t matter even if it’s going to be taken away since it disappears in a second so half of the time you won’t even see the glorious shiny thingy in the kill feed… which is pretty damn disappointing.
However, people have spent money for that thing…

Edit: I just realized that I just might have misunderstood what Shoe meant with the effect.

Still a nice trinket none the less, the dickens trinkets don’t have any special effects.

(triteCherry) #14

Would be nice if it stayed though since trinkets mostly are for you to look at besides spectating players, the effect is so minor but could potentially make the event trinkets more desirable in future events. The dickens trinket not having a special effect is kinda justified due to it just being a holiday event instead of something more story driven.

(xAvenger) #15

Clicking the left mouse button while spectating a player with a trinket causes it to move. Just mentioning it because nobody else has.

(boerhae) #16

Both effects? Including the highlighted obituary one?

(grandioseCutlet) #17

It was said before that the highlighted kills would stay forever, so I guess shoe was talking about the fact that there wouldn’t be any credit boost when this trinket is equipped after the event.

(doxjq) #18

^ As above. Pretty sure by effect he means the way it affects currency etc. I highly doubt it’s going to lose any aesthetics, as that would make no sense at all.

(doxjq) #19

I think people might be confused because he said effects instead of affects

(doxjq) #20

Pretty sure it gives you a 10% boost in credits as well. My credits always seem to match up to my cycles with a 0 on the end. Just played 3 games now for instance, and they all match up?

etc?
