I’m changed it:
skill_soldier 20 50 90 140
to another strings, but in Game when someone press Alt and want to see how many XP he need to next lvl there is: 341/140, but next skill is with 400 XP

… already done a completely restart? (on/off not just a normal restart)
… which mod are you running?

Some possible causes:
- The mod doesn’t support skill-level changes.
- The engine doesn’t read the mods cfg. (execute jaymod.cfg, noquarter.cfg, etc.)
- The mod doesn’t start. (add +set fs_game modname to your servers application)
