Most likely noone here can tell you what is actually happening and what issue you have exactly without proper informations. That’s why the support is your best chance, since it’s their job to help players with these issues.

Let me tell you a secret, there was a time when players have the issue of sing in could not be completed and post the thread in the forum. What SD did was delete the threads without leaving any replay and clues.

They didi not say anything.

it was just some little issue aster 4 restarts game is working fine , thank you for your respond :slight_smile:

Show me. Because I remember a time when people made several threads about sign in could not be completed. They all said the same thing so we merged them into a single thread so we could answer them without having to make a reply and track 20+ threads at a time.

Turns out the problem more often then not was the player’s firewall or anti-virus blocking them.
