So I did some research, and find out that Dirty Bomb does not ban people for custom crosshair, is there program that can let me have custom crosshair?
Since custom crosshair is not illegal...
I’ve never heard of anybody having issues with mumble crosshairs and win10. At worst it’s perhaps a conflict with the Win10 game DVR overlay which you can easily turn off (google it and there will be step by step instructions).
I have had some problems with mumble overlay sometimes it will just not work one day it will be perfectly fine the next day I can’t use it.Not sure whats causing the problem but whatever :L
This is a shot in the dark but…do you have mumble open before you start the game?
Otherwise it does not work.

Huh, ok guess I need to figure it out. I had issues with Steam overlay as well after changing, had to use Steam Beta for it to work. So I just gave up on Mumble, figured it didn’t support it.
I doubt it’s the game DVR thing, cause I assume you have to log into a Windows account to use that? And I’m not going to do that unless I really have to. I’ll try some older Mumble versions first and see what happens.

Nah, it’s on by default. I had issues with it + steam overlay + shadowplay overlay + mumble. They didn’t like each other at all a while back. That’s been mostly resolved today. Turning off the DVR functionality helps resolve issues in some other games.
It’s just best to turn it off unless you for sure want to use it IMO. Especially since every single company is putting in overlays with their software…there is bound to be conflicts and lost performance due to it.
If you continue having trouble, an alternative to Mumble that I’m currently using is PlayClaw. You can have it show a custom image in an overlay so basically any crosshair you want.
I used Overwolf (with a crosshair plugin) for a while but then the anticheat started kicking me for it and after seeing the Overwolf and Nexon support blame each other I gave up on that.
One has to ask why Steam doesn’t offer a crosshair overlay…I mean, it’s not like you couldn’t disable it for certain games. :\

I for sure do not want to use the Windows DVR feature. But I’m not logged onto a Windows account, I prefer to use offline accounts, so I was assuming that as long as you don’t log on it won’t use the DVR feature. I can’t go in and turn it off without logging on. And logging on is pretty much a one way thing, once I log on I’ll have major issues logging off again judging by the last time I did that (on another install).

@Jostabeere Whatever happened to you saying “custom crosshairs is an unfair advantage”?

They still are. For example on Sparks, you know. But I’m using one myself now.
