Can someone explain to me the process that I need to go through to make a simple graphics replacement? I want to replace the flags on the flagpoles with a modified flag that has our clan name on it.

That’s quite easy. Start wiith extracting american.jpg and german.jpg from models\multiplayer\flagpole in pak0.pk3, adjust the images. then create a zip file with these two files with the same path as before in the zip ( models\multiplayer\flagpole) rename the zip to something like q.pk3, just remember that the name of the actual pk3 need to come later alphabetically than pak0.pk3 or it will be overwritten by that said file.

Coolies! I was actually on the right track then. Just had the file named wrong and it was getting overwritten. I comes before P it seems
