Hi. I played the closed beta 4 or 5 months ago just fine.
When I try to launch the game now I get past the first loading screen then I get this:
“sign in error. Sign in could not be completed”.
Any advice?T_T

This usually means the login server is having a bad day, try again later.
If you still have the problem later (12-24hrs) then perhaps try deleting the hash files to force a file re-sync/validation check.
If still no luck then come back and moan about it in forums again.
