Sign in error

My friend downloaded dirty bomb about a week ago and has constantly got a sign in error. I told him to verify the files and reinstall and he still got an error. And after the recent hot fix I told him to try again and he said he managed to play the tutorial and he said he had to go cause we had school tomorrow so, after school he got the error again and I told him to reinstall and he’s still getting the error
Any ideas or help?
