nexon launher loads ok, click play on dirty bomb, game loads and then i always get that on the gray game screen

game installed ok, checked files.
looking forward to a fix, i like the game(from the videos) and am looking forward playing another splash damage game
Please report this issue in the closed beta forums, it’s the only place where someone can help 
will you please post a link of the closed beta forums of this game ?
followed links to this games threads but didnt see any saying closed beta thread of DirtyBomb
besides there is no option to post any new thread there at forums.nexon.net
and there was a thread there saying , dirty bomb support forums was taken back at SD.
since i was new around there , that red thread looked like a forum admin sticky , compined with no option to post a new thread that lead me here , registering and posting here

Log in and then go to “Load test feedback”, top left you have a green button “Post new Thread”. Post here. I know it’s not the best way to do it but currently is the only way you can post safely NDA-sensitive information.
