Profiles servers seem to be down for players right now.
I can’t log-in and some friends also experience it.

I also con’t log in. But 2,7k players are playing at the moment, so I don’t know what is going on.

Obviously players players who were logged prior to this still can play. I was playing just fine until my computer did a blue screen crash.

It’s an internet service provider issue and nothing we can really do about it, but we will continue to monitor, sorry guys!

Right now I have same problem as guys mentioned. However, before 15 minutes I was playing and the whole day before (yesterday I had that problem too).

How can people in different counties have isp issues at the same time all of a sudden?

There are different levels of ISP - basically your ISP is running off a bigger ISP network, etc, so if that larger network is having issues, it can effect multiple companies.

I can’t log in, I tried for hours. I’m in France (if that can help). This is bad, very bad, how am I supposed to make all those millions credits??? hope this get solved for the opening of the stock exchange tomorrow morning, if not, I’m gonna place my credits elsewhere!

Just to complete your answer, and correct me if I’m wrong :
Generally, those issues can happen but are transparent to users because the isp can bypass the way the data transit. But sometimes, due to specific data directions (or broken redirections) and specific choke points, they can’t improve the situation this way. And this is what is happening there. So we’re seeing the issue directly, which is quite rare from our point of view.

So let’s hope that the different isp involved can improve the situation and that Nexon can have some weight in this. Thank you for your consideration @RazielWarmonic and the information you provide.

@EBLIS : What is your ISP provider ? So far I’ve counted 4 (including myself) using Free and 1 using numericable.

I’d wager whatever server that does the authentication for your profile is sitting behind an ISP that is having some kind of DNS issue. That would make sense as to why some people have a problem while others have no issue at all.
