sign in could not be completed?????

Everytime i launch the game I get an note that says error sign in could not be completed and for more information visit the link and the link only leads to dirtybomb news!!! the only other option i have is exit… what should i do ? P.S. support system sucks

Go to your firewall and make sure Dirty Bomb is not blocked

You can also verify your game files. If those options do not work please contact customer support.
