Sign-in could not be completed

When I launch Dirty bomb,
once it has finished loading, when I am supposed to see the Main Menu, an error message pops up saying “Sign-in could not be completed”.
Please help.

Hello there.

What steps have you made to troubleshoot the problem?
It could be your firewall or antivirus program blocking Dirty Bomb.

Furthermore try to verify the games files if you haven’t done so yet.

SD just completely ignores this error and refuses to fix the problem or answer the players on it. I’ve seen threads from 2014 regarding this that have yet to be resolved and they didn’t answer my threads or the several people posting on the sign in errors thread. They just closed that last one without answering.
