Sign In Could Not Be Completed

Hi, i downloaded this game with some friends using hotspot shield because this game is region locked.
the game worked fine for my friends but everytime i enter the game i get “Sign In Could Not Be Completed”
but when i use my friend’s internet i can play the game.
and that’s weird since we both have same internet {from the same internet company}

i dont think im blcoked because i still can play using my friend’s internet i only get the “Sign in could not be completed” error message when i use my internet

sometimes i get another error message: “unable to connect,This may be because you are not connected to the internet or your network connection is not configured correctly”
do i have to change something in my router settings?

I think something is wrong with a file on your computer. The file could be messing up your internet. I have also been trying to figure this problem out.
