Sign in could not be completed

Every time I try to launch DB I get this error message:

Last time I experience this it was because the login servers were experiencing heavy load, so you could try the approach of keep trying until it works, by either restarting the game a bunch of times, or a quicker way is to open the console (press Home key) and type “disconnect”.

That said I just tried to sign-in a couple of times in a row and it worked for me both times, so it might be something related to you specifically.

If it’s worked recently (since the last patch) then I’d say just keep trying, if it hasn’t worked since the last patch or has never worked (you’re a new player) then say so.

Still having this issue matthiew? We’re not seeing any service issues right now, so it should be working.
