Sign in could not be completed after last maintenance March 10th, 2016

I got a message “Sign in could not be completed” after one day from last maintenance March 10th, 2016 (previous day i played normal and get a case A).
I did anything: Reinstall DB, reinstall steam, disable firewall and anti-virus software, but still does not work.
Please help me !
