Ok my friend has downloaded Shrub_et_1.1 and he can’t figure out how to get it to work on his server, we’ve done everything we could think of, and we’ve read manuals (all sorts of manuals) and none seem to help and he has no idea what the command line and +set fs_game means and niether do i
Im not a big server person but he really needs help

You’ve installed a folder called shrubet into the root folder of wolfenstein - enemy territory right?
So this folder now has in it…
etmain
ET.exe
and now…
shrubet
Make a shortcut to the ET.exe file.
right click the shortcut icon, click properties.
There’s a text box which says target next to it… you need to edit this.
You need to add this below, onto the end of the line
+set fs_game shrubet
so it looks something like…
“C:\Program Files\Games\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe” +set fs_game shrubet
Then to run shrub, just double click this icon.
then the shrub will run and we can admin powers right? THANKS

i have done all that. it still says shrubbot disable. does shrubbot hav to be enable to be an admin and use the commands? if so, how do i enable shrubbot other that that way cuz i did exactly what u told me 2 do.
Erm, I’ve no idea about the shrubbot tbh, i’ve never set up a shrub server…
I just posted as you asked about the +set fs_game shrubet stuff in the first post.
You could just test it, see if you need it enabled.
Also, you get pretty comprehensive results if you search for this as I’ve just done…
