Shouldn't Fragger be 30k?

Since Fragger is part of the Merc Starter Pack and the rest of them are 30k, and assault is the only class that doesn’t have a 30k merc why isn’t Fragger 30k? He’s been around since the beginning like all the other 30k mercs. Unless Thunder ends up being 30k, which wouldn’t really make sense, we still don’t have a 30k assault merc, and it just seems like Fragger would be that merc.

He’s the strongest Assault merc (subjective) and you want him to be 30k? He’s pretty important, so I’d say no.

Now I think about it, I really don’t know what dictates a 30k merc. I have a feeling we won’t see any more of those.

Hell, he was free as he was used in a couple of different giveaways. The PC Gamer giveaway and the Nexon “hey you don’t play DB here is a free fragger and some credits” giveaway they emailed out to about a million people.

True, but I figured if they’re willing to just give him away for free, then they might as well make him 30k. Then again Phoenix was given away for free, so nevermind I guess.

Fragger should be 30k now because the machine gun is decent, but u only get like 2 clips with it, which means you constantly need to stock up on ammo. Also, in the last fine tuning update, they took away one grenade from fragger leaving him with only one grenade in his inventory. If they want to make him 30k, he should lower his health by a bit too like 130hp

They’d probably give a different obsidian card for him for those who already bought him. Or maybe a free cobalt. Or maybe a new special edition card, idk.

@SpinnerzNQ NO! it would ruin fragger! he would be slow and not tanky enought to be an actual tank! he is ment to be much more of a frontliner than othe rmercs, and his hitbox is designed alognside that hp! LOWERING IT WOULD BREAK HIM!

I never said that we should lower his health… I just said that for those who already bought Fragger would get some kind of special edition card. I really hope they DON’T lower Fragger’s HP. One of my favorite things about Fragger is mowing down all these little Proxys and Auras with my K-121, and despite being shot from every which way, I’m still alive and kicking ass.

He is a pretty standard assault merc. It would make assault mercs a little more accessible to newer players which would give them a better experience of the game without spending too much money. I don’t think how good he is should have any influence on how much he costs, it’s not a pay to win game after all, and he isn’t fletcher. Of course it’d be pretty unfair to those who’ve bought him, but surely it’s in everyone’s interest to attract new players?

Yeah, it would make sense that he would be 30k/6 USD, but he isn’t, no clue why and why all the other mercs are either.

Let me rephrase it “surely it’s in everyone’s interest to keep new players?” If people can get a better taste of the different kinds of mercs including assault mercs at little expense they’re more likely to enjoy the game and keep playing.
