so many people running around with close to perfect hit rates, and im not saying aimbots im saying guns with little to no recoil are dominating more and more , the smg’s the m4 they are even starting to out dps shotguns at point blank, games beginning to feel like a game of top trumps where ttk is all that matters, im just wondering if it might be a bit more fun and skill full if people couldn’t just go full auto with no real recoil or bloom.
should some guns be made harder to use?
Yes. Also add in recoil to shotguns. I’m sick and tired of getting noscoped by a vassily with Ahnuld.
Low spread guns are kinda the point of the game. Didn’t you watch the intro cinematic?
No one runs around with close to perfect hit rates. Perfect hit rates would have people dropping like aimbotters make them do, instantly. People are easily missing over half their shots, or at least not hitting the head.
hmm cant remember, was it skipable if so probably not. but some guns do have a lot of spread, rhino’s minigun has massive bloom for example , the timik has quite a kick to it etc. a lot of the high caliber pistols have large bloom.
my point is are the stable guns mostly the smg’s and machine pistols really meant to be that strong?
SMGs in every game are strong because most objectives are defended in a CQC area. The only SMG that I feel needs a minor tweak is the Kek. The m4 has decent bloom already.

Yes, they are. They’re supposed to reward good head tracking and force players to use movement as a defensive skill.
The minigun has the insane spread because it needs it for balance purposes.
