Should operatives get the speed buff ability instead of medics?

It’s seems a fair few people think the operative class is underpowered for one reason or another, does anyone else feel this would be a suitable addition to the class? It would certainly make it easier to gain XP, and I can think of no reason why the operator has no passive abilities, I know it’s the most solitary role of the four, but one passive ability can’t hurt too much.

People think operatives are underpowered? That’s news to me!

I don’t think the operative needs any changes and happen to like not being expected to spend my pips on passive buffs.

Jk. Seriously though, I’ve just started out with them. I think at low levels they feel pretty underwhelming. Especially in groups where I can’t buff or assist the team other than being a soldier that can spot things. Once I pick up some more abilities though (Caltrops, hack enemy turret) I think it’ll be a whole different game.
