Should community help with DB development via SDK?

After reminding my-self on how UT4 is also developed by the community itself (Not 100% sure). Why not let dedicated fans, with modding skills, to help out with DB progress?

It’s no secret, that in modding scene, many games receive fan made patches and extra free content.

it would take alot of time to develop one but SD said they wanted to make one at some point.

If I’d be half the fan I used to be, I’d be developing anti-cheat for UE
