Should cases give credits?

@MissMurder Right now, dirty bomb’s cases only give out merc loadout cards. What if the cases give you a chance to win credits back like $500-$1000, or give you a case for a retry or something like that?

Nah they are fine, mostly to get things to trade-up. As for expert or elite cases they should just slightly lower the price.

In cases bought with credits - please no. Rolling for a chance of loosing 500c for nothing is not fun.

The only way I could see this being “good” is if they ONLY ate into the 80% lead drop-rate, and dropped more than 1000c. Other than that, rolling for an instant loss is completely non-beneficial; I would rather pay 1000c and be guaranteed trade-up fodder (lead+) than the chance of instantly losing 500c… because I wouldn’t “gain” anything.

Perhaps the chance to win some 5000 or 10,000 credit bundles from cases might be a nifty idea, but not if they eat into the drop-rate of the higher rarities (like @SereneFlight said, in regards to ridiculous cobalt drop-rates).

Make lead 77% drop chance, with 5000c being 2% and 10,000c being 1%, and that might be OK. Anything else… -shrugs- Not worth it, imho.

Yeah given that lead is an absurdly high drop rate, it would be fine if 1000 credits or greater took a small percentage of the lead drop rate away.

It is okay as it is. I’d rather like to open gold/cobalt loadout, or, at least, have a /slightly/ better chance to do that than open 5k/10k/whatever instead. You can earn credits pretty fast even without it if you need to.

BUT i think that badges should give some credits like 20-50-100-200 etc…
