i don’t know, but i like that player model (or it’s just skin?).
also, it would be nice if u could use diffrent model for shotgun. this one is from jaymod/noquarter i guess (i don’t remember exactly, as i play without drawgun)

Seems you forgot to copy some more code then… It used to work just fine in NoQuarter.

Or if you rewrote it from scratch: check the wait times and begin- and end-frames of the animations you start. Maybe you accidentally play just the first frame.
