How about add in game shooting range? Players may traning their tricks in jumping, shooting at targets, learn use ability better, and seting mouse sensitivity not in batle,
quietly on shooting range.

You can start an offline match using console commands (search it on google there are videos and forum posts).
Although I do like the idea of a little map to jump around on with random bots or targets dotted around the place and trick jump practices.
