Btw guys don’t worry about cancer, in 2 weeks Proxy will return to the free rotation again (unless Turtle is released and change the engineer order)

This is a situation where the Phantom EMP buff was actually a good idea. Then again, not many people run Phantom regularly so this’ll probably just continue as usual.

nah i just tried him out during the current rotation. i get the feeling i can get pretty good with him(for a recon), but id rather not and have missions with him afterwards
