remember that this is some of the first seamless I’ve made
GO HERE
sharing a few textures I just made
You can see it’s the same pic rotated around the middle so the border matches but has mirrored effect ^^’ Reminds me of when I started to do that
You should try a brush above these parts of the picture to make it more seamless

ok, thanx for tip
Thunder, could you upload all of your work to eg. wolffiles.de? I do not have anything against your site but in case it goes down (it happens sooner or later to all smaller websites), everything will be lost.
I’ll think about it
EDIT: No I wont… I tried to register and this turns up:
Email, IP and/or username blacklisted…
There are a few tutorials out there for creating seamless textures, took me a while to get nice results, http://www.photoshoptextures.com/texture-tutorials/seamless-textures.htm seems like a nice start but not suitable for all textures, for example this wouldn’t work too well with a brick texture.
Normally this is where I jump in and say I’ll host your files, but I’ve finally lost my ftp server,
4players.de were absolutely wonderful supplying the ftp server for us as well as hosting our site and game servers, without them W:ET might have been different
sorry for jackin your thread, but it seemed appropriate
What about the files of the ftp?
That website… It was on an advert I saw about a certain free MP FPS
Thanx chris, bookmarked will look into it when I got the time
Only thing is I use paint.net so I have to look up it they have the same tool as a plugin
but great tutorial
thanks Thunder, but I think I’m going to wind the site down, I was more or less keeping it up for the download section, but have a new star for the offer
Long time no see! How’s going your map?

Is this better mateos?..lol[/QUOTE]
Yup, there’s few spots where you can notice a raw line, but you’re progressing quite well
Few links I used to make seamless stuff:
http://www.spiralgraphics.biz/gen2tutor/index.htm
I have some more links, but they’re either dead or in French ^^’
Good luck and keep going!
