Shader not found

When I try to make a destroy objective with target_script_trigger
and a func_explosive and select for example a model/mapobjects/electronics/radio1.mdc
it says shader not found and in the game it is a gray box so it is with many other models too. how do i solve it?

and one more thing: it says entity using itself. why?

Try to use radio1.md3 instead of mdc.
